DRNZ ENTRY REFUND POLICY
If you’re unable to attend an event you’ve entered, you may request a refund. Please note that an $11.50 administration fee (including GST) will be retained from your entry.
Refund Conditions
- All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the event being held.
- Refunds requested outside this timeframe will not be approved, except in exceptional circumstances.
- No credits or transfers will be issued for future events.
If you change to a shorter distance prior to the event, there is no additional fee. However, any difference in entry fee value is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund or Make Changes
All withdrawals and changes (horse, rider, class, distance etc.) are managed through your EvoEvents account.
- Log in to EvoEvents
- Go to My Account
- Select My Entries
- Choose the event and click Change Entry
- Follow the prompts to submit your request
- Ensure your bank account details are entered in My Account so any approved refund can be processed
All requests are automatically sent to the event secretary to action.
